I've had my S24 ultra since January and 3 weeks ago I noticed an issue with the camera. When I zoom with the phone in portrait there's no problem. However, when I use the camera in landscape and zoom from 5x upwards the image is blurred. When I rotate the phone from landscape to portrait and back again the image is clear. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

No such issues on mine. Maybe reset the camera data in settings back to default see if that works. If not it's probably faulty

I believe that I have found the cause, I think that it is the magsafe phone case. When I take the case off there are no issues with the photo or video cameras. When I put the case back on the issue reappears.

Those cases have been causing issues for people. Phones are not designed to work with cases like these

I don't have MagSafe on mine, and the 5x camera becomes blurry. This happened after the second May update, and the issue persisted after the June update. The AXD6 update was perfect.
