In a word, no. This is a Customer to Customer forum.

To offer up suggestions, go to Samsung Members App, Click on Help (bottom right) then Feedback. This will go to the developers but just to manage expectations, whilst you might like what you've proposed, there are millions of devices out there and not everyone will. Also much of what is on Android is managed by Google, not Samsung.

Hi. For merge call history by contact .
You can click on the contacts picture and scroll below for history and it will show the call history there.

Although Yes . They could add a toggle under the recents to filter for contacts which would be cool.
