Bought refubished phone but it is stuck on Beta program - unable to leave

I bought a refurbished S24 Ultra phone (from a reputable uk seller) it didn't really click at the time but it said I was enrolled on the beta program.  I didn't have a problem with that per say, however when installed one of my banking apps it said that I was running a modified version of the os and should revert to a legit version.

However when I try to leave the beta program it says "The One UI Beta features aren't available because your Samsung account has changed".

I'd return the phone and get my money back.
It should be running on the normal software for a start and are your sure the phone is not imported.

Beta software will have bugs and quite often banking apps don't work
