Hi @AJac1986 Safe Modes disables third party apps, if the issue is not present in this Mode it would pion;point recent third party apps which have been installed. A few other ideas if the other solutions do not work, Have you tried resetting the Network connections? you could try a Soft Reset by pressing and holding the power Volume Down button simultaneously until the Device Reboots. you could also try turning Airplane Mode on and off followed by Rebooting.
otherwise if no solution can send an Error Report, Samsung Members-Support-Sends Feedback-Bluetooth. Detail issue and ensure system logs are enclosed.

I'm experiencing a similar issue but with the Bluetooth in my Acura after installing the latest update on my S24U. It only stays connected for a a few seconds then drops. It happens so often the phone starts to hang so I have it unpaired for now. Bluetooth seems to be working fine for my Garmin watch, buds pro 3 and AirPods pro 2 though
