When it is available it is usually by 'invite only' from the samsung members app.

As you have an S24 series it is very likely you will get a notification on the members app banner when they have opened the beta for Samsung handsets.

Keep waiting and hopefully it will become available. Obviously there are delays to OneUI7.0 and android 15 at the moment, as publicised on the Android forums and websites.

Just to add, to be eligible for the Beta program then your handset needs to be factory unlocked; ie: purchased direct from Samsung or direct (SIM free) from a retailer and not one that has been supplied from a network as part of a contract as these devices will be tied to that network and their 'tweaked' software
