Battery level being misreported

My S24 Ultra was going along nicely for a week or so then all of sudden a couple of days ago it stated that my battery was low and needed charging (it was at 70%) Then, when it got to 34% it stated that it would shut down soon.

I turned off battery saver mode (I was charging it to 80% on maximum saver mode) as I wondered if that could be an issue and then charged it fully to 100% to see if that helped. It didn't, so I did the usual, turned it off, waited a couple of minutes and restarted it. As soon as it booted up it still showed a low battery warning at 100%.

Does anyone have any ideas please? I have optimised it and checked the battery health and it looks as it should. I should also say that it lasted for 36 hours (I turn it off every night) so I don't think there is an actual issue with the battery itself. It just seems to be that it doesn't recognise the actual battery percentage?

Thanks in advance.

I'm having a similar issue, Battery level is reported 20-30% above what it actually is.

I just went from 24% to 15% to off in 5 seconds, resets, full charge/discharge cycles and it still occurs.

Multiple logs sent via Samsung Members app and no solutions.

Samsung Australia wants me to pay a $66 inspection fee so their outsourced first party (third party) to take a look at it... Yeah right it's a random local phone repair store that is financially incentivised to spend as little time as possible looking at a device and this issue is going to take a fair bit of time.

Not to mention no phone while this "investigation" occurs which is fun when i need the phone for 2FA as i am an IT Manager.

My phone just started randomly doing this exact thing this morning. I charged it all night and my display shows the phone is fully charged but these notices keep popping up saying my battery level is at percentages less than 10%. They disappear just as quickly as they pop up, so it seems to be a glitch.
