Hello has anyone else experience faster battery drainage after updating one UI 7 on your S24 ultra and if you have experience the same thing has anyone been able to sort out the issue and if yes what have you done
Wednesday
Great. Samsung has offered to do the bare minimum to help one of the worst affected by this chronic battery drain problem that we've all been experiencing since the software update. Now when is Samsung support going to address the problem for all of the other users on your very own community page? I haven't read every single post on this website, but I've spent a lot of time reading other people's testimonials and have yet to come across a single case of a Samsung representative acknowledging this problem. Samsung has done a scandalously poor job with customer relations on this issue.

Well, what should i say?
1 hour sot and nearly 14 hours standby, 43% battery consumption for thaht.
Thanks.
Fix that

It's important to know which apps were active on your phone for it to consume 43%. For example, the Camera app consumes a lot more power than apps such like Threads and Viber.
Do you have an active Side panel with a Compass inside? Is there any difference in battery life when the Side panel is turned off? I noticed that the battery of my S24 Ultra gets hit by the Compass, even if it's not opened. Turning off the Side panel slightly improves the battery life.
Also, can you disable the phone's sensors during bed time, and then check at the morning if the battery was more preserved that way? You can assign a dedicated button in the Quick panel for that purpose.
For best battery health try to keep your battery charge between 30% and 70%. It's especially important to not discharge the battery below 20%.

I laready deactivated the Sidepanels, also put all Apps, which i use rarely in deep sleep.
In addition cpu profile is light.
Over Night (22-05.30) the consumption is about 5%, so this should be okay.
Of cource, the day i took the screenshot, i drived a lot, about 6hours, so googles location service requestes often my gps, but i think the battery drain is still high for that.
today, screen on time about 2 hours, screen off time about 7 hours, 40% battery drain

That battery drain while screen off is suspicious. Most likely there is some background process that consumes a lot of energy. Do you turn off the Location and Mobile data when you don't need them?
For example, I set a custom Routine through the "Modes and Routines" app to automatically enable Location and Mobile data only when I have the Google maps opened. The moment I close the app the Location and Mobile data are both turned off automatically. I also turned off the notifications from Facebook, Instagram etc.
Note that the phone's modem consumes a lot more power and the battery heats up when you are located far from the typical city network, i.e. in the countryside.

Dear Samsung,
How many pages on this subject and/or users affected do you need to finally communicate and react?!
Our phones (S24 Snapdragon for me) had no heat & battery issues under One UI 6.1 and it's a nightmare since One UI 7...
It's simply not possible to have 30-50% less battery and regular heat issues after an update! (got it April 24 on my side).
When will you fix this?!! (May update, received May 26th, didn't change anything for me)

Well,
My wife has an s20 fe 5g, same Apps running, about same use case.
She has also only 2 hours Screen on time, but nearly double Screen of time (12hours) with about 40% battery used.
But the Phone is 4 years old, not 2 weeks

Im.having the same issue. It is actually getting worse.
yesterday
I figured something would happen like this when they collabbed with apple/iphone,my guess is something wasslipped in either intentionally or accidentally, either way that opens them up to a lawsuit fiasco.

I wonder if this news has something to do with Samsung's recent software decreasing of the battery to half the original capacity?
