Sorry but you've bought a device from another part of the world. It is not Samsung's issue that your have imported a device built with software relevant to a different region with different laws and requirements etc.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Yes it is Samsungs fault. I bought this from Samsung Thailand 🇹🇭 and am entitled to the same world wide upgrade to one ui 7 Infact 7 years of upgrade exactly as Samsung state

Yes you are but updates are regionally released so you'll have to wait until Thailand release the updates.

Do not assume I imported my device, I purchased my Device from a official Samsung shop whilst on holiday in Thailand

I got my s24 ultra from Vodafone and I am in scotland

So you will have a UK device.

Depends on whether Vodafone have tested and released the update yet.

I haven't seen other members referring to Vodafone handsets myself, EE yes but not Vodafone.
