So as you know I've been dealing with the same issue, literally since Wednesday. Just randomly it started. I saw on a board here that the work profile has been the issue since an update. Since I have a work profile set up on my phone, I thought I'd give it a try. I turned that off... And it's like magic. My phone is back to charging correctly to actually 100% and the battery isn't draining nearly as fast.
So I'd suggest turning off the work profile and see if that helps
