I've got an ultra.24 code sm-s928B/DS. Based in UK on EE network. As far as I know phone is UK spec but this is a second hand replacement from the insurance company after my original phone was deemed irreparable due to crack in screen and non working charging port
I am not getting any update to UI7, in fact this phone hasn't seen security updates since July 24 and im guessing any other updates samsung would have put out( I've had phone since March ). I have downloaded smart switch to laptop and no phone updates are showing at all
I'm at a loss ... even my old s22Ultra ( again on ee )has had the ui7 update
