Android Auto

Hey all,

I have recently had an issue where my phone stopped charging / recognising cables etc. This is on an S24

I have had the charge port replaced and the phone now charges fine but when I connect by USB to my car android auto comes up in the notification bar with unable to connect to Android Auto. (Phone still charges)

I have tried multiple leads.

Anyone ever had this??

Was the port replaced by samsung authorised shop

Unfortunately not, I couldn't take the time to get Samsung to do it as need my phone for work so couldn't be without it too long

Hi there 👋 and welcome.
Have you tried go to settings > apps press button as shown in pictures circled then search android auto then 3 dots and uninstall updates see if that works as that method worked for quote few people I've suggested

In addition to what all the brothers/sisters said...
The autoblocker IS messing with android Auto, so you may disable the strict mode of autoblocker and if that still doesn't help disable the autoblocker altogether
