About OneUI 7 Update - S24 ultra

I'm new in Samsung. So when I may receive OneUI 7; my device Vietnam (XSP) Model- SM- 928B/DS . Currently my region in Italy.

Hi there, personally I think that we'll receive the update this week here in Italy. As you know, there was the update process in progress last week, but due to the bug problems, they just shut the UI7 updates momentarily, and as I heard, they'll resume it this week.😊

Hi. If your phone has vietnam firmware, you will get the update when One Ui 7 is released in Vietnam. We can't tell you when that will happen.
