A24 Ultra Timer

Previously when I used the timer the bright green circle used to lessen as the time counted down.  Now the circle remains whole throughout and does not diminish.  Any ideas please.

I've checked mine at it appears to be working fine, try hold power and volume down buttons simultaneously until it vibrates and Samsung logo appears see if that would help.

Thanks but it made no difference.  I found that if I press 'pause' then it looks like yours but as soon as I press 'Resume' the whole green circle comes back.

Have you tried uninstall and reinstall apps from galaxy store? Also you can try go to settings > apps > clock > storage > clear cache

No, neither worked.

That is strange.. try and see if it works in safe mode

If I open the phone in Safemode the app is greyed out.

Maybe wipe cache partition of the phone would help.
