7 year warranty

Hi

can any one tell me if it's true about the 7 year updates on the s24 Ultra ? I purchased it in the UK from EE yet spike with someone from Samsung chat and they had no clue and said just go with the 4 years thst it normally is! Anyone shed some light?

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra comes with 7Years of Major Android Updates which means that it will get updates till Android 21

If you go to the S24 specs page and scroll all the way to the bottom, you will see the 'Software support' section.

Samsung announced it officially during the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked January 2024. Tim Roh himself made the announcement at the beginning of the event.
