£30 voucher

Ok, so after helpful suggestions I got the voucher and purchased 'photopills' at £9.50. I then downloaded 'kamoot' app and tried to use the remaining credit to buy an in app upgrade. It gave the option to enter a code but none to use the voucher?? Am I missing something? I can see I have £20.50 credit but I don't see a code.....any suggestions??

I have made multiple purchases using £30 credit. You need to select voucher credit every time

Hi, thanks for that. It didn't give the option on Kamoot like it did on the other app I bought. Kamoot is free then you do an in app upgrade but it asks for a code.

In app purchases, you are paying the developer of the app. This will be outside of the Galaxy Store, so the voucher won't apply

How did you manage to get £30.. for me, I can only see £5 voucher under promotions..

I know.. I have setup my S24 Ultra.. when I access Samsung Walet, all I see is £5 not £30

Me too after speaking to samsung through chat im still no wiser as to where my £30 voucher is at....

Customer service is hopeless most of the times.. its potluck who you get through to.. samsung gives zero £ucks
