£30 voucher - Shop won't register, says (wrongly) it has expired

Have £30 Galaxy shop voucher after buying S24. Shop won't let me register it saying it is expired even though it is valid until 18 March 2024. Anyone else had this problem?

Maybe no one had this problem! Any idea how I get Samsung to look into this kind of issue ASAP?

I moved your topic here as I'm guessing from what you've said that you're referring to the £30 Galaxy Store offer ( https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/samsung-shop/how-to-claim-30-galaxy-store-reward-for-purchase-of... and https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/galaxystorefullterms/) and it might get a bit more attention here from other S24 users  who may have experienced the same.

If it is that Galaxy Store credit offer, you can get in touch with the Galaxy Store support by selecting ‘Menu’ in your Galaxy Store app, select ‘Settings’ and then ‘Contact us’, and let them know the issue that way.

If not, let us know if it's something else you're referring to, and we'll see what we can do to help.

I assume that your trying to use the voucher on the Galaxy Store App and not in the Samsung Online Store or Shop app.

You will need to contact Samsung Customer support. I had similar issue and I got new code via email,

However, it might well have expired.

The terms and conditions say:

15. Participants must complete the Claim in Samsung Wallet no later than 23:59 GMT on 17th March 2024.

16. Once the code has been redeemed from Samsung Wallet the Participant has thirty (30) days to activate the code to load the £30 credit to their Galaxy Store Account and spend it. No refund shall be provided. Claims and Galaxy Code redemptions received after this will be invalid. This does not affect a Participant’s statutory rights.

Saying that there is very little to chose from The Galaxy Store.

I have a similar problem with a 50 euros voucher always expired (conditions say it must be claimed before 31 décembre 2024)

The customer support send me new code 4 times, always expired and now they said they don't have more code to share ...

They send promotional offer they can't offer to customer, for me it is false advertisting ...
