Hello,

I have an issue with the delivery of the Samsung Promotion. I received an email from DHL saying that they have delivered the package but I have not received anything yet and no notes on my mailbox saying whether they delivered it to the nearest pickup point or gave it to the neighbors. I reached out to them but they told me to contact Samsung instead. I was wondering if you have experienced this and can give me some tips about this

I have asked buildingmates if they have it but no package is received and they mentioned that it happens a lot with DHL delivery
