Display Problem in S24 Ultra

I found that my phone have air inside It's display. I Dont use this phone as mymy primary phone. Bought this phone around 3 months ago. Now I am facing this problem.I went to Samsung service center and they are telling me to change my phone screen. They are telling me that it was my mistake. But it Isn't my fault. How Can I report this Police or Fraud Department of Netherlands for Taking some step Against Samsung. A ordinary people shouldn’t suffer like me. What Can I do now?

Simple go back and ask to resolve the problem.

Hello,

I understand this is a very anoying situation. However air does not just enter the display unless its been dropped ect and received damage. This makes it userdamage. A repair is the way to fix it.

It isn't a damage airbubbels can if you have your phone at hot places for example. And it's just the screenprotector not more.
