Thank you for your feedback about this. I will help you further! Is this also the case after restarting your S24? If yes, you can try to clear de cache of your phone. For this turn of your S23, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until you see the Android logo. After a few seconds you will enter the recovery menu. Select 'Wipe cache partition' and afterward 'Reboot systeem now'. Feel free to let us know if it worked.
