AOD feature - Contact Information missing

Yes! My S24 is finally running on One UI 7. However, I'm missing the option to display my contact information on the Always On Display. It does show on the lock screen though.

Anyone have any idea?

This is normal, it only shows on the lockscreen. If you dont agree you can send feedback to the developers > Samsung Members App > Support > Feedback.

Hi, how quick do you get a response to submitted feedback? The L300XXU1AYCD update has completely bricked my running workout and support says that submitting feedback via logs is the only option. If this takes too long I want a refund because the watch doesn't work as it is supposed to
