Samsung auto deleted apps that I havnt used in the last 30 days. I have used samsung notes multiple times in the last 30 days. But... my phone decided to go F ME and delete the app along with all my notes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called support and they said there's nothing they can do. Maybe I don't want to backup my notes to the cloud like... how tf did I know my phone was going to delete my own notes and the folder that contained them!!!! Like what even is that, why aren't the notes saved to a seperate folder that isn't deleted when the app is deleted??? A kid just started his programming degree would know to do that!!!!!!!!!!

Can I please ask, have the apps definitely been deleted or have they just been put into Deep Sleep?

Samsung don't delete apps from your device, but if you were using an old version that isn't supported on your device, Google will.

It 100% deleted it. So, it's the thing that frees up storage by deleting unused apps from the last 30 days. I used notes as well... which is so weird how a samsung setting would delete a samsung app as important as notes while deleting the notes with it. Massive blunder, iv lost so many things that were important to me.

Just tried doing a recover thing on my pc and still couldn't get anything 😞

You messed up and blamed Samsung.

It gives you options to review and delete stuff on the phone to free up space.

It's all user controlled unless you have installed a third-party app or set some routine or something .

I say user error.

How? It's not third party... it's SAMSUNG NOTES... also, how is it my fault when I use notes regularly? And it was supposed to only delete things I don't use? Are you okay?

Third party in the sense. Have you got a third party app that cleans storage etc or some battery optimiatsion app besides Samsung ones etc.

Why the hell would a Samsung Phone delete the Samsung App? The whole point of the free up space is to make it convient. I had loads of apps, Samsung notes would of been near the bottom of the list?? Like, why would I need to worry about my phone deleting something so important? I've used notes loads this month, and it deleted the app? How's that not Samsung software messing up?

I suppose with your attitude nothing would change and this will continue to happen to other people.

No. It's the Samsungs one that's built into the phone. And it deletes Samsung notes? When, as I repeat, I USE FREQUENTLY. Yet you don't think that's a problem with the software? Okay...

So I am presuming you have re downloaded samaung notes from the store then?
