Why does my phone show that I'm signed in to both the S23 Ultra and Sm-918b? Can I sign out one of them?

If you go into settings
At the top, tap on your details
The list will give you devices
You can tap on the three dots to the right and sign out

They are the same device isn't it? Will it affect anything on my device?

If nothing is glitching or being affected then personally I'd leave it alone.
