When will my S23 Ultra get the one UI 7 update?

I have fed back to Samsung that my S23 Ultra has not received the one UI 7 update. I am in the UK and most of the people I know with S23 or S24/S25 phones have had the update. But, my phone is still on One UI 6 Android 14. 

Anyone else facing the same issue? I have had no response back from Samsung who said they are looking into it more than a week ago.

TBH the update has divided Samsung users. Some nice features around AI but the battery drain is outrageous

It was released on all S series models last month. Same with my S23. Have you had your S23 Ultra recently?

Whilst you may be in the UK, which region is your device from?

I strongly suspect your device isn't a UK device.

You may be to try via Smartswitch and a laptop or PC.

Do you know if your device is from the region you're using it in?

I have tried smartswitch, my device is not locked to a provider and I bought my phone in UK from Samsung directly.

I spoke to support recently and they weren't able to help either other than telling me to contact Samsung devs via the members app feedback functionality

I have the S23 Ultra and still haven't received the update either. I understand there were some bugs that needing fixing during the rollout. Not sure what's taking so long now though 🤔
