The update is sent out in waves dependant on phone model, region and phone serial and build number @Yesi1
Sometimes if a phone has been imported from another region that can affect the update tineline.
Some Networks can delay an update while they check that it does not affect their network apps and features.
You could try inserting another networks sim card in your phone which on occasion has been known to initiate an update.
You could also try Samsung Smartswitch.

If it isn't yet available then keep periodically checking your phone's software update section in the settings.
