Whastapp voice call is not working when the screen turns off during call

My s23 ultra Whastapp voice call is not working when the screen turns off during call. I'm not able to hear the voice or the persons on other side are not able to hear my voice when the screen turns off during the only whatsapp voice call.

Similar problem for years now. I suddenly had the pleasure of talking on it while the power save was activated. I thought WhatsApp had updated their app. But I only last a very short time. I don't know if I did something with the config or setting... I need it back. It's frustrating having to touch the screen everything it goes off.... 🥵😆

Try placing it under unrestricted setting under Battery WhatsApp appinfo settings

Same problem from a long time
