Visual Voicemail Gone S23 Ultra?

I recently upgraded from the S22 Ultra to the S23 Ultra and I noticed the voicemail and video call buttons are missing from the dialer screen in the Samsung Phone app. To get to my Visual Voicemail on the S23 Ultra I have to go to an entirely separate app now. How can I integrate at least the voicemail button back into my S23 Ultra Phone app as I had on my S22 Ultra. The app versions are exactly the same between the two phones. And I cannot find a setting anywhere between the two phones that are different.

I have the S22ultra and for me to listen to my voicemail I need to dial 901, it doesn't show as a separate icon.

Was s22 obtained from mobile network? In which case phone firmware might be different/customised than one got from Samsung direct or some other network

Apologies for a late response. I wasn’t aware anyone had responded. I purchased my S23 Ultra directly from Samsung. However, the S22 Ultra was purchased from my mobile carrier. I believe the issue is because of my mobile carrier and how they've changed the way they offer visual voicemail. Made things more complicated than necessary.

Apologies for a late response. I wasn’t aware anyone had responded. My issue isn’t that I cannot listen to voicemail, but rather how I access visual voicemail and how to return my phone interface to function like my S22 Ultra which still uses the same exact software version as my new S23 Ultra.
