Unable to use 1esim + 1 Physical sim. Please provide solution.

Hello All,

I am using S23 Ultra and recently ported my sim 1 to esim, while my sim2 remains unchanged as a regular physical sim.
Now when I am trying to turn on my sim2 too, a message is prompted that Esim1  will be turned off.
Sim1 is my personal no. and Sim 2 is my office no. and it's imperative that I use both.
In my sim tray, sim1 is empty while sim2 has a physical sim. 
Can anyone help me with this? google has been unhelpful.

Move your physical sim to slot 1 as I believe the esim is recognised as sim 2.

You can't run a esim if your using two sims at the same time ie sim 1 and sim2.not three like you are trying to do.

Sorry but you just wrote sim 1 is my personal no. And sim 2 is my office no. So read your message again and change it.

Before one ui 6.1 one esim and physical sim is working perfectly, after it is not working.
