Turning off auto hotspot

Hello,

Anyone can help with how to turn off auto hotspot? I just got my S23 and when I slide down wifi connections I can see auto hotspot of my phone, is it normal? My S22 don't have this thing only if I turn it on. 

And I can not find a way how to turn it off, in settings everyhing about hotspot is off even auto hotspot is off..

If you go into settings > connections > tap on mobile hotspot and tethering > tap on the words Mobile Hotspot at the top of the page you can turn it off on the next page.
