I'm trying to open the Galaxy Store on my S23 Ultra but this error message keeps popping up. I've tried updating, restarting, clearing app cache and even clearing the cache partition on my phone. But nothing has helped.
Can anyone help. I've tried everything short of resetting my phone. So before I do, is there another way?
If I hit cancel, then this page pops up:
The white bar is some kind of button have no idea what it says. But when I click it then it goes back to the first page.

Yeah was about to post this having the same issue, tried clearing everything, force stop, clear cache etc , still no luck guess I'll try again later

Switch WiFi off go to settings / apps / galaxy store / delete cache etc.
Go back to app
Keep refresh it will come back on.
