Touchscreen not working s23 ultra after update

After the recent update I can no longer use my touchscreen. I have done a factory reset and its still not working. 

I can only access my phone via my pen and just need to know how can I get this fixed

Facing the same problem. Replaced the broken screen. Phone was working fine for a few eeks on the new update but then it suddenly stopped working unless we use the S pen.

This is bullshit first it happened with my wife after the update and now my phone!!!! Samsung should either fix the update or give us new phones!!! I have a feeling this was done on purpose to get users to buy the new phones

It is almost April 2025 and this is still occurring especially after today's update. Thanks amsung on a $1500 phone....

I've come on here because I have the same issue. My phone is pristine, no cracks. Samsung galaxy s23. I'm using my spen. I don't want to factory reset it though
