Tbh, I used it on my previous phone before it was alright. But I don't see the point of using it. As it can consumes battery. There are other ways to solve issues like clearing the cache all of apps using device care and wiping cache partition after software updates.

Good Guardians can be a beneficial additional tool though  some users have different practices,clearing the cache partition is certainly advisable after updates as  temporary cache files can  become outmoded.
