I ordered my S23 Ultra in red, one of the four exclusive colors offered from Samsung online. The color at Samsung's site was a reddish color, but what arrived a few days later was more like a burnt orange.
When you expect one color and receive another, you're disappointed. It took a week or so, but I've adjusted to it.
I did give some thought of ordering another S23 Ultra and sending this 'red' phone back. I'm keeping this phone but learned a lesson.
Next year when the S24 Ultra is released, I'll make the trip to a Samsung store (Utrecht) and look at the phones in person.

To be more clear, I meant going to a Samsung Experience Store, is that what you meant as well?
(Here in the Netherlands there are four - Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Breda.)
