Super steady is sharp and crisp for a few seconds and then gets blurry

Has anybody noticed when using super steady. It is sharp for the first few seconds and then it just becomes blurry and less detailed. I have a video to prove this. Check it out if you notice the beginning and then towards the end the quality degrades

Could be focus issues due to distance.
Does it happen with other normal videos say outdoors?

I am also presuming lighting could affect its usefulness.
