Smartswitch not working

Hi all,

Moved from s22 ultra to s23ultra using smartswitch but it's left over 100gb of insta360 videos that were stored on the app on s22. 

Insta360 app is on the s23 but without videos? Any suggestions how to get them on s23 as I don't want to lose them.

This can unfortunately when using switching software apps.

Have you looked at hooking the phone up to a computer and switching thing data that way.

Personally I use Samsung Cloud and DropBox.

I think the insta360 work's a little differently, hidden file paths and the like. I'd happily upload to the cloud but impossible with this app! Driving me bonkers now
