Smart Tags

I have three smart tags, two show connected and one shows near by in Smartthings.

I have reinstalled the one that showed near by, but it still shows near by in Smarthings !!

Anyone know why this is ?

It might be worth again uninstalling and eject the actual battery from the smarttag, and then Reset everything back up @davedavedave

Hi, I tried that, and still no luck. Tried it again ,now the smart tag is not contacting to phone. Have tried a factory reset on smart tag and still no luck.!!!!

Have also switched phone off and on !!!!

Got tag back up and running with phone but still showing ' Nearby ' Trust it will not really affect the working of tag ?

I have 3x Tag2 and 3x Tag1 - are they are on your account ?

Connected = usually close and BT connected 

Nearby = not connected, but tap and you can locate.

Maybe its some rule on how many tags are always connected (when close)
