I cant access my secure folder anymore ive had the same 4 digit pass for a long time but now its not opening any ideas plz cheers

No help folder not responding at all just sitting in pin number page not moving or saying pin wrong(it isnt)doing nothing

Hard reboot the phone and or clear phone cache partition

Have done all that still nothing cleared cache cleared partition tryed everything dont know what else to do
