I have currently an 8 digit pin, cannot make it shorter, cannot use swipe or remove security for lock screen

Looks like you can enable fingerprint and face, when you do this does it allow you to change the others?

Are you using work profile by any chance? As that could require you to use more secure options to unlock your device.

Search device admin apps in settings turn every on off go back and see if it let's you to do none, swipe etc.

From memory, I think you need to remove the pin first and then the others will become available.

Yes, I have enabled the work profile on my mobile.

Try disabling it and see if it works, as mentioned if work profile is on it might require more secure options to unlock so options for swipe or non will be not available.

Just seen you have work profile on, I think that's your issue.

You may need to check in with your employer as to their security policy

As @Piper123  pointed out, the work security policy is now dictating what can and can't be enabled
