Today I notice red vertical line on the screen in my s23 + mobile.. Please help me with this.. thank you..

We won't be able to view your uploaded video until a Moderator allows it.
Until then try this.
Soft reboot by turning the phone off and on.
Please consider going over to your dial pad and type in *#0*# and this will bring up a number of tests to try which include various colour panels.
Cycle through them to see if this helps.
As you've only had the phone a short while check with the supplier of the phone for any relevant cooling off period to have the phone swapped out.
In the Uk this is 14 days.
If the test's don't help then seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.

i also got software update from samsung on mobile setting on 14 jan 2025 I update my mobile and after restart I also have horizontal while colour on my display..it's scam to sale galaxy upcoming phone s25 ultra and all ..
It's very annoying decided to switch on apple iphone 16 pro..they gives high quality display..there is no issue..
Samsung also have to replace their loyal customer display with free of cost.

I bought s23 plus its been a year, i am already getting two big lines on screen green n purple. Its been a week now i complainted on customer care they told me to reebot but no use. I hope samsung will fix it.
