Screen goes dark

Hi everyone,

Can anyone help me?

My Samsung S23+ screen completely dark/black (it only shows the clock) when I am using it in dark room. As soon as I switch the light back on in the room, the phone comes back to normal. 

If it is dark, I can't use the mobile at all

Please help me.....I tried everything. It drives me crazy

Go to Settings
Display
Turn off Adaptive Brightness

U want to re set all your settings

That looks like the always on display. Try turning it off in settings. That that doesn't work restart your phone.

The adaptive brightness function was off.....so unfortunately this doesn't help

I turned that off and restarted the phone, but still the same

Press and hold the power and volume down button till the phone turns off.

Do you have a screen protector on? If you do try taking it off if this doesn't work

I just took off the screen protector, but nothing. It still happening 😞
