Samsung together not working

Hi all, does anyone else have issues with the Together challenges on Samsung Health? My step count has frozen in the counter and when I click to see the origress map, it doesn't open. I've cleared cache, force stop and uninstalled and reinstalled and it's not solved the issue.

I did a backup. Then uninstalled Samsung Health and the reinstalled and all data reloaded and working fine now

I didn't back my account up but I did uninstall and reinstall it but it didn't solve the issue. Thank you. I might do it again but back it up this time

You could try clearing the cache files of the app @mrpove1980

I tried that too. I'm not sure why nothing is working. I've cleared everything, force stopped the app, uninstalled and reinstalled. Strange one?

Can you please feed this back via the support tab in your Samsung members app. There are a few users experiencing this behaviour, so it would be beneficial if Samsung could investigate.

I've received a message from Samsung. The service provider is aware and they're currently looking into this issue.
