Try Settings > Apps > Samsung Shop > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data

Uninstall and then get it again from apk mirror

You can't uninstall it, disable icon is grayed out too.

I got it working unstalled update then reinstalled the app worked for about 12 hours now not working again

Go to apk mirror and download the latest version. If it's newer, it will override your version and fix whatever seems to be broken with it.

I presume you've rebooted your phone to see if that fixes it first?
