I was hoping someone had any answers for me?
My phone was on 47% - working absolutely fine. When I went to go back onto it, it shut down and wouldn't turn off. I plugged the charger in, showed 47% charge straight away and then let me turn it on.
Does anyone know how this would of happened and maybe how to prevent this happening again?

Thank you

May be just a glitch. Perhaps, you could always hard reset it if it keeps up that may solve it. Have you downloaded any programs or apps ?

No, although I realised I have been putting off updating it - so perhaps that's the reason! Thank you for responding!

I don't know if you reboot your device often @Jesss193, but I have found that mine seems to respond brilliantly If I reboot it about once every 3 or 4 days. Back in the days when I did not reboot my device at all, it was prone to a variety of glitches, such as overheating and crashing. Rebooting every 3 to 4 days is a cure all for my S23 Ultra I must conclude.
