My Samsung got the latest update and now does not stop restarting itself all the time.  Can this be a software issue after the update?

I'm not having this issue myself. You could try wiping the phones cache partition in recovery mode.

Power off your device, and plug into a pc. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons, when you see the Samsung logo release buttons. Use the volume buttons to navigate the Recovery Mode menu. Use the power button to select Wipe Cache Partition. Wait for the system cache partition to clear. You can also repair apps while in recovery mode

You could also try Safe Mode @Gabriel001

Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

If all else fails try a backup and factory reset.

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone too.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I highly recommend a full phone reset after a major update.

Don't back up apps or settings .

Back up your photos messages, contacts etc. To Google One.

Do a full factory reset and then manually add apps as and when required.
