It's not working on my tab s7 plus or s23 ultra , keeps saying check Internet connection when it's fine and also keeps saying couldn't verify fingerprints when it doesn't even bring up fingerprint scanner ? I've checked all my fingerprints and they work fine ?

Mine is doing the same it's driving me insane I can't use my upgraded phone because I can't remember Aby passwords 😭☹️

This is a global issue at least in whole Europe. It is reported on Samsung and they are working on solution. Please patience.
