Samsung free buds query

I am trying to submit my claim for free buds, I got the phone free, but on the claim form when I put in the value of £0 it says this fee is too low?!

From a retailer?
You should have a receipt as you will be asked for this.
It's possible that deal may not be eligible from that retailer
Some retailers like EE send out the Buds without having to claim for them. But you'd have to check with them for the details

Yes fee phone from mobiles.co.uk on I.d mobile network.

The free buds also have a time limit with the date purchased.......check this

Double check all the small print and eligibility that will be attached to any offer and check the retailer you purchased from is in the accepted retailer list too @chalkyoliver

How long do you have to wait for the earbuds to come.

It is up to 45 days, but usually quicker than that.
