I have a tablet purchased via Amazon, which included a free extended warranty, and I can see the care plus data via my Samsung members app. When I click on my status, it takes me to the care plus page, which shows two companies. However, I've never received any paperwork from any of them. Presumably, that kicks in when the normal warranty runs out, which in my case is 24/07/25. If i had a problem, then I'd first approach Amazon as they are the retailer.
