Hi members. I have lost access to my old mobile phone number and not able to login into my Samsung account without code,wich is sent to that number. Is there any way to log in without old number. Thanks in advance!

I had this issue a few years ago and it was a living nightmare. In the end I managed to get samsung to some how get me through and change the number what it wasn't an easy process. I just rang customer services and after a very long time on the phone it got sorted.

@galaxyuser1981 yes there is a process to edit personal details including phone number for verification. This can be completed via the Accounts and Back Up settings or the Samsung Account website on any Device. Details here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-change-your-samsung-account-mobile-number-u... However in the event of issues you would need to contact Accounts Department.

I know it, also i know my samsung account password, but don't have access to the old number to get that code. I have new phone and no other devices wich are signed in into my old Samsung account.

If you cannot change the phone number for verification ,the only way round this is to contact the Accounts Team on 0800 995 1079.
