Sometimes when typing, the keyboard just switches off, why? What can I do to correct this?

Did you try hard phone reboot

Samsung keyboard. Or is it the phone? While typing, the phone goes to the off view, i.e. when you first go into your phone. That screen!

The phone restarts? Try diagnostics via Samsung members app. Does it crash in safe mode

Make sure nothing is pressing the downward arrow at the bottom of your screen (moisture or an accidental touch).
