S23U Slow app loading

Few apps on my S23U loads significantly slower than on other, even much older phones. One example: We have new government app for digital ID (Czech republic). On my S23U it takes 15 seconds to load the app, but on my old OnePlus 5 from 2017 with almost full storage loads the same app in just 5 seconds. 99% of other apps loads just fine, I have problem just with this one and maybe one other. I had the same issue on my previous S22U with Exynos, so the processor is not the cause. Does anyone know if there is anything to do to fix this?

Yes, I did reinstall the app, but it still loads really slowly.

This must be some Samsung-OneUI issue, since on other non Samsung phones it runs much faster (just like I mentioned my old OnePlus 5)
