I am suffering an issue with my new S23FE and it happens with my buds or my other Bluetooth headset. I will be listening to music, quality will be fine, I take or make a call, quality still fine during the call but when I hang-up and automatically return to the music, the volume level keeps going up and down as if it’s being momentarily being turned on and off rapidly.  I have to reboot the phone to clear the problem.

That's not good at all @Members_M2UZuum

Are you using Samsung Buds 🤔

Do the buds work ok on another phone  ?

As a starting point to troubleshooting please try this >

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I have this problem as well. Tried it with another set of earbuds, so definitely a phone problem.
